Biography
Brian Ullman is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, with special emphasis on real estate related litigation. Mr. Ullman has extensive experience representing well known real estate firms, developers and property management companies, as well as large and small building owners. He handles a wide range of matters, including property ownership and boundary line disputes, easement and adverse possession claims, landlord-tenant litigations, lease disputes, breach of contract actions, brokerage commission disputes, bankruptcy litigations, and mechanic’s lien actions. Mr. Ullman also provides non-litigation services to real estate clients that include the negotiating and drafting of leases, licenses, lease assignments, indemnification agreements and access and termination agreements. He regularly appears in state and federal court and handles matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
Mr. Ullman’s practice also involves litigation that is unrelated to real estate and includes general commercial litigation, construction claims, architectural and engineering malpractice actions, commercial torts, products liability, guaranty actions, discrimination and trusts and estates litigation.
Prior to joining Eisenberg and Baum, Mr. Ullman was Senior Counsel with Lowenstein Sandler LLP and Epstein Becker & Green, PC.
