Andrew Rozynski is a distinguished partner at Eisenberg & Baum, LLP. He harnesses his extensive experience as a civil rights attorney to passionately advocate for his client’s rights. In addition to his litigation work, he is the co-director of the Eisenberg & Baum Law Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing and also leads the firm’s appellate practice.

Mr. Rozynski’s experience in both state and federal appellate courts is widespread, he has argued dozens of cases in appellate and trial courts throughout the country, including the United States Supreme Court. In addition to his broad work on various civil rights cases, Mr. Rozynski has a wide array of experience of litigating cases involving Deaf discrimination. A personal connection to the Deaf community lends Mr. Rozynski a unique perspective when litigating Deaf discrimination cases. As a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults) with three Deaf relatives, he is not only fluent in sign language, but also possesses a deep understanding of Deaf culture, making him an invaluable advocate for the Deaf community.
