Biography
Michael Quinn is a partner at Eisenberg & Baum, LLP where he heads the firm’s Arts & Culture Practice Group that specializes in working within all creative disciplines.
Michael advises Arts & Culture clients on legal, business and private matters including:
- artist-gallery relations
- commercial licensing and usage rights for art works and artists
- acquisitions and divestiture of art objects
- estate planning and administration of trusts, estates and family collections
- business management
- intellectual property disputes; and
- public relations and advocacy management
Michael is a founding board member of P.A.I.N. (sacklerpain.org) and he serves on the board of Sculpture Center (sculpture-center.org). He has commented and contributed his expertise in various publications, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Variety, and The Guardian. Michael is a graduate of Cornell University and the Albany Law School.
