Biography
Lorenzo V. DeLillo, a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, focuses his practice on representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and real estate management. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DeLillo was senior counsel and head of the real estate department of a boutique law firm in New York City. Additionally, Mr. DeLillo served as General Counsel to the Sapir Organization, a privately held company with a prime commercial and residential portfolio exceeding 6 million square feet. Mr. DeLillo has been responsible for negotiating and closing numerous acquisitions and divestitures of properties throughout New York City, including closing prominent retail and office leases for both landlords and tenants.
Prior to his extensive experience in real estate matters, Mr. DeLillo co-managed the business and legal affairs of a boutique New York plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. Mr. DeLillo has experience spanning several legal disciplines and as a matter of practice offers guided legal and business solutions for his clients.
