Biography
Eric M. Baum is a co-founding and co-managing partner of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, where he is the head of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Baum has extensive experience litigating sexual harassment and discrimination claims. He has conducted hundreds of trials, mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Baum also litigates cases with the Law Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, prosecuting discrimination cases in State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Baum is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and the District of Columbia as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern District, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. He is routinely admitted Pro Hac Vice in State and Federal Courts around the Country.
Mr. Baum holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate from Widener Law School, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
