The Deaf rights lawyers and Deaf client liaison at the Eisenberg & Baum, LLP Law Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing advocate for individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or Deaf Blind in a wide range of legal issues, including communication accessjob discriminationpersonal injury, and sexual abuse or sexual harassment. They also offer assistance in other areas such as wills and trusts and real estate matters.

The center is committed to making sure that people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or Deaf Blind get the protection they deserve to the fullest extent of the law at the local, state and federal levels. We strive to have a welcoming, deaf-friendly office that provides accommodations, including sign language interpreters and a videophone for our clients. Our team includes a CODA attorney fluent in sign language and Deaf rights liaison Sheryl Eisenberg Michalowski, who is deaf since birth and has committed her career to deaf rights issues. We also happily provide qualified ASL interpreters and Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDIs).
