Christopher J. Eisenhardt is an Associate in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group. Christopher focuses his practice on estate and trust litigation, planning, and administration.
During law school, Mr. Eisenhardt interned for a solo practitioner in the Riverdale neighborhood of the Bronx where he assisted in real estate transactions and the planning and administration of estates. As an Executive Board member of the Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution in his final year of law school, Mr. Eisenhardt hosted a panel discussion by the Hon. C. Raymond Radigan, former Surrogate in Nassau County, and other practitioners, on the use of mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution in the Surrogate’s Courts of New York.
Prior to joining Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Christopher was an Associate at a law firm in Nassau County where he handled all phases of estate administration.
Christopher received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University.
