Eric M. Baum, Esq.

Eric M. Baum is a co-founding and co-managing partner of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, where he is the head of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Baum has extensive experience litigating sexual harassment and discrimination claims. He has conducted hundreds of trials, mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Baum also litigates cases with the Law Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, prosecuting discrimination cases in State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Baum is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and the District of Columbia as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern District, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York. He is routinely admitted Pro Hac Vice in State and Federal Courts around the Country.

Mr. Baum holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate from Widener Law School, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society.

Mr. Eisenberg has over 30 years of experience advising clients on transactions respecting real property. He regularly provides counsel to entrepreneurs, families, family offices, and closely-held businesses in a broad range of real estate matters, including the acquisition, ownership, operation, development, and divestiture of real property.

Mr. Eisenberg has particular experience advising clients with respect to sophisticated real estate transactions involving leveraged capital, complex financings, and co-investment vehicles. Prior to forming Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, Mr. Eisenberg was affiliated with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Kaye Scholer LLP and Robinson Silverman Pearce Aronsohn & Berman LLP.
